- My name is Patti Penn, I was born in Glasgow, Scotland but have been adopted by Los Angeles and where I call home. My Wellness Center is in the heart of West Hollywood where I practice Reiki and Emotional Freedom Technique. I also teach Reiki as founder Usui Sensei taught Reiki: as a "Method to achieve personal perfection" in one's own life.
